Merlin - Season 1:










Summary:
Merlin is an exciting fantasy series set in the mythic city of Camelot, but inspired by 21st Century storytelling. Before Merlin and Arthur became legends, they were ambitious young men looking for adventure, hoping to live up to their families' expectations, discovering love and finding their own true destiny, making mistakes along the way. The drama brings together a cast of acclaimed British actors: Richard Wilson as Gaius; Anthony Head as King Uther; Pendragon. Colin Morgan is the young wizard Merlin, Bradley James is the arrogant but brave Prince Arthur, rising star Angel Coulby is Guinevere and newcomer Katie McGrath is Morgana.
John Hurt is the Voice of the Great Dragon. Enigmatic and powerful, he alone knows Merlin's true destiny.












101. The Dragon's Call:

Merlin is at the cusp of adulthood, heading to Camelot where he hopes to find adventure and a use for his hidden talent: magic. However at the mythic city, he finds all is not quite as he'd dreamed.

102. Valiant:

103. The Mark of Nimueh:

A deadly plague spreads though Camelot. When it seems that sorcery can be the only possible explanation, Merlin and Gaius race to find a cure, while Gwen is arrested and sentenced to death for practicing witchcraft.

104. The Poisoned Chalice:

As with last week’s episode, evil sorceress Nimeuh continues to wreck havoc on the kingdom of Camelot. This time the evil magic-meister hatches an elaborate plan to simultaneously kill Merlin and engulf Camelot in warfare with bitter neighbours Mercia. The dastardly scheme involves a poisoned goblet – intended for Arthur but used by Merlin. When he falls into a deep coma, the brash prince must embark on a perilous mission to find an antidote, battling against both his ruthless fathers disdain that he risk his life for a “mere servant”, and a host of CGI baddies.

105. Lancelot:

Santiago Cabrera plays Lancelot, who comes from nowhere to save Merlin’s life from an angry and magically protected Griffin (a mythical beast which has the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle – non-myth fans). Merlin is so impressed by Lancy’s prowess that he suggests he tries out to become as knight or Camelot by defeating Prince Arthur in a duel. The only draw-back is that Lancelot is not a nobleman – a pre-requisite for joining the Knights of Camelot. True-to-form, Merlin hatches a plan to get over the situation.

106. A Remedy to Cure All Ills:

Evil, heavily-scarred physician Edwin’s parents were burned by Anthony Head's King Uther in the great anti-magic purges 20 years ago. Naturally he's spent the last two decades plotting his revenge, with his dastardly plan revolving around discrediting Uther's court physician Gauis and replacing him as the king's doctor in order to get close enough to kill him.

107. The Gates of Avalon:

108. The Beginning of the End:

Arthur finds an unlikely ally in Morgana when he decides to help a magical young fugitive. The pair are desperate to smuggle the boy back to his own kind, but this task takes a dangerous turn when Uther declares that anyone hiding the child will be executed.

110. The Moment of Truth:

111. The Labyrinth of Gedref:

Arthur kills a unicorn, bringing a curse upon all of Camelot. With the city fast running out of food and water, he is desperate to make amends and help his people. But do do so, he must listen to the mysterious Anhora, and he does not like what he hears.
