Yes it is so simple that u can download any movie that u watch online.
steps:
  1. install firefox
  2. install internet download manager (IDM)
  3. using firefox add-ons install idm plugin/ if u install IDM it will integrate it in firefox
  4. now open the movie u r watching
  5. when u click on the play button u will be asked whether to download the movie, using a toolbar

  6. just click the button u will be able to download the movie.
If i get more reply's from u'r side i will give u how to continue the resumed file without starting from starting.

Yo dude, I do the same thing. Using IDM I always download videos and mp3s. Then I use Youtube Downloader to convert them into different foramats, like PSP, IPOD, WMV, MP3, AVI and other stuff. I was thinking of making a new topic on this. Turns out you have already done it. Dam it. anyway good job.
