Power Video Cutter application was designed to be a digital video converter / cutter.The main function of Power Video Cutter is to convert video files from one format to another and cut a part of file into new video file.

To ensure that power video converter can convert your most up-to-date video files, you need to have some latest audio and video codecs installed on your PC.

· DirectX 8.1 or higher
· Windows Media Serial Runtime 9
· Administrative permissions are required for installation
· QuickTime Player (if you want to convert mov, mp4, 3gp files)
· RealTime Player (if you need convert to rmvb file)
· DVD Decoder (view and convert MPEG2, VOB file)
