I hope u will ans this very easily.

There was a man called peter who has some goats and ducks with him.A man passing there by asked peter how many are they ?Then peter replied there are 54 eyes and 102 legs.Now the man wants to know how many goats and ducks are there in the group.
Can anyone him?
