The Imran-Shruti Haasan starrer Luck is being readied for a July release while the music has already hit the stores across the country. The action-thriller serves as the launch pad for Kamal’s daughter who is already popular in the music scene with songs to her credit and after bagging the offer to compose music for Kamal’s Unnaipol Oruvan.
Much to her delight, noted Bollywood analysts predict Shruti’s debut to be better than the other two south Indian beauties Asin and Trisha - who recently signed a Priyadarshan film opposite Akshay Kumar. With an impressive star cast and a promising plot (supposed to be inspired from the French/Georgian movie, 13 Tzameti) Shruti’s luck could just be around the corner if the movie hits the bull’s eye.
