easy and tasty chicken fry.

ingredients:

chicken:1 kg
ginger,garlic paste:2 tb spoons
red chille powder:1 tbs
coriander powder:1 tbs
garam masala powder:3/4 tbs
turmeric powder:2 pinch
red orange food colour pinch
salt to taste
oil

method:

mix the chicken,ginger,garlic paste,redchille powder,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric,food colour and salt.

keep aside for atleast for 1hour.

heat 4 tbs of oil,add magneted chicken to this on high flame fry for 5 min then on low flame fry till the chicken is cooked and till it becomes dry.

if u want u can add curry leaves,green chille slices while frying its optional.

this same magneted chicken will be deep fried in the oil and this can be taken as snack to.
